Brun Wins SL1 Player of the Week Monday, August 17th , 2048 Swinging a hot stick last week, Wes Brun picked up the Sub League 1 Player of the Week Award today. The 24-year-old third baseman for Sandusky lashed 11 hits in 24 at-bats as he put together a .458 average with 1 home run. Brun also drove in 6 runs, scored 2 times and compiled a .536 OBP. To date Brun has chalked up a .272 average with 16 home runs, driven in 57 runs and scored 37 times. |
