Best CAN Reliever Named Friday, October 11th , 2047 Sergio Magana came out of the bullpen and worked through tough situations all year, and for his performance he's been named the recipient of the Canadian Lake Ontario Relief Award for 2047. The 31-year-old out of Bogota, Colombia captured the award with 35 saves in 61 relief appearances, 75 strikeouts in 68 innings and a record of 5 wins and 5 losses to go with his 1.46 ERA. "I'm thankful, it's a great honor," he told Baseball News Network. Alexis Clément of the Windsor Vigilantes finished second in voting, while Santiago Costa of the Kingston Comets finished third. |
