Windsor starter Dan Peterson pitched well against the Kingston Comets at Comet Field. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. Windsor goes to 7-6.
Ken Waters, the 25-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Waters contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the ninth inning to put Windsor up, 4-3.
Peterson told the Windsor Bulletin: "I think I thrive on conflict. It brings out my best."
