Eagles Clip Architects, 1-0
|
The Milwaukee Eagles got a stellar performance from pitcher Didier Charles, who handcuffed the Chicago offense en route to a win, 1-0, at The Nest. The win gives Milwaukee a record of 8-5.
Jim Harris was the walk-off hero for Milwaukee. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Eagles left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"The house was rockin'," said Harris.
