Win Makes Caribou 17-11

Thunder Bay Caribou starter Yakumo Hasegawa turned in a top-notch performance against the Windsor Vigilantes at Caribou Field. The result was a win for the Caribou, 7-2. Thunder Bay goes to 17-11.
The Caribou got a big at-bat from first baseman Wade Hepburn. For the game, Hepburn was 1 for 2 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Thunder Bay a 3-2 lead.
