Caribou Rally For 7-4 Win
The Hamilton Mounties got a superb performance from pitcher Jesse Howard. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Thunder Bay. The Caribou won the game, 7-4. Howard threw 7.0 innings allowing 7 runs. Dorian May was credited with the save for Thunder Bay, his 1st of the season. The Mounties fall to 6-9 and continue their rocky start to the 2049 season.

Thunder Bay used the timely hitting of Erik Pryor to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Caribou on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Winning never gets dull," said Pryor.
